Lower Yorke Seafood

If you're a seafood lover, check out family owned; Lower Yorke Seafood, They sell fresh seafood out of their retail store just outside of Warooka.

While you're picking up some fresh seafood, stop in for a bite at their newly opened café: SALT Food & Events.

Minlaton Bakery

This is definitely my favourite bakery, and I can't go to Minlaton without stopping in for a mustard sausage roll and finger bun!

Let's not forget their amazing bread... their sourdoughs are my fave!

Marion Bay Tavern

The 'Tin Tav' as we used to call it when growing up in Marion Bay, has amazing wood fire pizzas and pub grub, and is open for lunch and dinner.

Enjoy ocean views while enjoying dinner with your loved one  The Tav also has a Bottle-O, for takeaway drinks.

Cafe Primo

Located in the Minlaton Hotel on the main street, Primo has a classic bistro menu, and a tasty takeaway menu that you can order online on your way down.

Warooka Hotel

The Warooka Hotel was established in 1877, and is renown for its friendly cosy atmosphere & top quality meals.

YeOlde Cafe Minlaton

Tantalise your taste buds with their gourmet style café in Minlaton.

Ye Olde serve breakfast, lunch and dinner (check their website for opening days).


Baker Bros

If you love exploring locally made products and art, stop in at Baker Bros. Top Shop Gallery in Warooka.

This shop/gallery has an abundant collection of art and photography by local artists. Check their Instagram account for their varied opening hours.

Marion Bay General Store

Here in this quaint regional store you can buy takeaway, a variety of pantry items, some fresh and frozen food, and even grab an ice-cream or fishing supplies.

The shop has 24/7 fuel. Please note the store has seasonal opening hours, check the storefront for current times.

Pacific Estate Oysters

Pacific Estate Oysters are on the water, harvesting for local markets and restaurants almost daily, so grabbing a dozen or two from them in Stansbury on your way down is no trouble at all.

Sunny Hill Gin Distillery

Sunny Hill is located in Arthurton, and you can stop in and try their award-winning wheat vodka, and their dry and pink gins.

They also sell yummy cocktails and light snacks, and often have live music, that you can enjoy from their deck or lush lawn.

Watascowie Brewing Co

Watascowie Brewing Co in Minlaton has been drawing massive attention for their locally made ale that you can enjoy in their relaxed country-style atmosphere.

Watsacowie doesn't currently sell food (unless there's live music, and there may be a food truck), but you're welcome to take food and enjoy it there.

Barley Stacks Wines

Barley Stacks Wines is located in Maitland.

After you fall in love with the delicious bottle of complimentary wine during your stay, why not take a small detour on your way home to stop in at their cellar door. You'll be able to sample their tasty wines, and you'll receive an amazing 20% off your wine purchases. They also sell cheese platters and pizzas!

Marion Bay Ocean Safari

Run by the same crew as Reef, Marion Bay Ocean Safari operates out of Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park or Marion Bay.

Their 2 or 3 hour tours provide exciting sightseeing opportunities, showcasing diverse marine species, impressive wildlife, and panoramic views.

Reef Fishing Encounters

Operating seven days a week, Reef offer multiple tour options led by an experienced skipper and deckhand.

Target a variety of deep-water table fish, Southern bluefin tuna, samsonfish, and more on their 8.5-hour Standard Deep Sea Charter, on 11.5 hour extended adventures.

Neptune's - Surf coaching & gear hire

Located in Corny Point, Neptune’s offer private or group surfing lessons, for all ages and all skill levels, including beginners.

You can hire surfboards, snorkel kits, glass bottom kayaks, stand up paddle boards, wetsuits and 1 or 2 people kayaks.

Studio Surf - artist Jason Swales

A relaxed boutique art gallery café in the heart of Marion Bay, featuring coastal inspired artwork by Jason Swales, and other local artists.

Jasmine Swales also sells her handmade silver jewellery there, and runs jewellery workshops.

MBC Foods

Local chef Caroline Bonnett offers exclusive private chef experiences at either the Glamping Tent or Tiny House.

French, Japanese, Indigenous and Indian cuisines are just some of her culinary influences.
