A touch of luxury amidst nature.

Our beautifully styled Glamping Tent is made for those who want to stay close to nature - without giving up comfort, privacy, or ease.

Tucked away in its own peaceful corner of Marion Bay, this spacious canvas retreat includes a private bathroom with hot water, a deck for slow mornings and starlit nights, and a plush bed dressed in soft linen.

With coastal-inspired details and the soothing soundtrack of waves in the distance, everything’s ready for you - no setup, no stress, just pure serenity.

bayside's own song

Every stay has its own rhythm - and now, Bayside Glamping has its own song.

Local artist Sarah Johnson, known as J J Arv, approached us with the idea of creating a track that captured the feeling of a holiday here. The result? Take Me There - a song that beautifully encapsulates the spirit of Bayside Glamping.

Released alongside the launch of The Sanctuary, the track is now available on Spotify and Apple Music. Vocals by Caleb Raymond, with production by Liam Smith.

Follow the link to hear the full 4-minute song, or experience it through the Sanctuary video.

We stayed two nights at the tiny house, and the location was excellent—close to many spots, including Innes National Park. The room was quiet, cozy, and perfect for two people. The information provided was very detailed, and communication with the host was a bonus👏 It was one of the best stays we’ve had in the past few years. Thank you 👍

We had the absolute privilege of staying at The Sanctuary - both Tiff and Luke have created an absolutely gorgeous space, and you truly can see the thought and love that went into every detail, including the additional goodies that showcase the beautiful region! I cannot speak more highly of this beautiful spot, or the extra mile that Tiff goes to for her guests! Will be recommending Bayside Glamping to anyone who will listen, and cannot wait to visit again soon!

Thank you Tiff 🫶🏼

We stayed in the glamping tents. The attention to the small details was amazing, the place just beautiful, everthing taken care of. The sound of the ocean as you slept, heavenly. Tiff even messaged us about the emu dad and babies at the bottom of the road that were spotted. Highly recommend!!

The most amazing stay! This house is so incredible from the huge bathroom with the most gorgeous view, the bathtub to the little reading nook in the bedroom and every single little detail in between! You will not be disappointed. We travelled down to Innes national park and had the most stunning winter weather! Do not be put off by the algae bloom, there are still so many amazing things to see and do on the YP. Support local and keep these amazing businesses going!
Tiff is an incredible host and has put a lot of through and love into this house!

Iver Details, Luxury, and Simplicity: Designing The Sanctuary

The planning process for The Sanctuary wasn’t rushed. It was intentional and deeply personal. With our family home and horses already settled on our eight-acre property, we wanted this retreat to feel both private and perfectly placed. From the start, we also knew that details like the Iver hardware would help define its character.
We spent time choosing the right location…

Because it’s never just about bookings. When I share something, I want to spark…
