Booking Process
Once you've found your ideal dates, simply select Book Now. You'll then receive an email and SMS from Charge Automation, our guest experience software, requesting your 20% deposit to secure your stay. The remaining balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. If your booking is made within 28 days of your stay, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Once completed, you'll gain access to your personal guest portal where you can submit your pre-check-in details, let us know if you're celebrating something special, and browse optional extras such as flowers and breakfast hampers. Guests staying at The Sanctuary can also submit requests for private chef experiences or in-house massages.
Your personal guidebooks are also available within the portal, with everything you need to help prepare for your stay. Additional information, including check-in details and arrival instructions, will become available closer to your arrival date.Please keep an eye on your spam or junk folder, just in case.
We accept payment via Credit Card, Afterpay, and Klarna, giving you greater flexibility when planning your stay.
